I’m Emily Beecher – a single mum, creative, and certified life coach for women at life’s crossroads.
For over 25 years I developed stories — on stage, on screen, and in corporate boardrooms. I’ve worked as a producer, writer, performer, and creative director. But behind the polished job titles was a woman quietly wondering, “Is this it?”
After a late ADHD diagnosis (and watching my daughter navigate her own neurodivergent journey) everything shifted. I realised I wasn’t broken, I’d just been trying to navigate life with a map that was never made for me.
Now I help women, like you, rewrite their own maps.
The best stories, the ones that actually mean something, they never go to plan.
They’re messy, surprising, and full of plot twists.
I don’t believe in life hacks or five-year plans.
I believe in pausing at the crossroads, getting clear on what you actually want, and working out a next step that feels true to you.
And I’m here to help you figure out what happens next.

nice things people are saying about me
Working with Emily has been truly transformative. She is not only a highly skilled coach but also someone who is a joy to work with and completely trustful. She helped me navigate complex challenges in both my career and personal life with remarkable skill.
Through her kindness, deep listening, and powerful questioning, she enabled me to uncover my real motivations and the needs I had not fully recognised. I particularly valued her slightly non-conforming style, which encouraged me to explore difficult issues hidden deep in my thinking. Thanks to her support, I made massive progress with my goals.
I highly recommend her to professionals developing their careers, single parents, and neurodivergent individuals.

Working with Emily over the last three months has been brilliant! She is a warm, energetic coach who brings life experience, care, and genuine presence to every session.
Before working with Emily, self-doubt often got in my way. Through our time together, she has helped me recognize my worth and build my confidence. One of the things I value most about Emily is her honesty and directness in sharing observations. As honesty is one of my own core values, I deeply appreciate having someone who is always willing to speak openly about what she notices in our sessions.
If you’re looking for a coach who can hold space with care, meet you with honesty, and support you through both successes and challenges, hire Emily!

So, as a late diganosed AuDHDer – life is chaotic, and hard and then beautiful and then hard again. My internal voice is a fierce sometimes mean critic and while I know this – being able to handle it day it day out is tough. I recently gave up my high-pressure leadership role and am working at starting out as a self-employed person which while great is totally out of my comfort zone.
Enter Emily. She’s a weekly warm hug like the friend you didn’t know you needed who always smiles, never judge and really helps you get out of your own way. Emily is super skilled at really helping you find and maintain a compassionate mindset. She gets it. She knows exactly the question to ask to help you get where you didn’t even know you need to go. Honestly, she’s gold dust.
If you’re neurodivergent (or if you’re not!) I’d wholeheartedly recommend coaching with Emily as an invaluable investment in your wellbeing. What she offers is rare in this life, each session gives you insight and sends you away lighter, thanks Emily.
