I help women at life’s crossroads figure out what comes next

’m Emily Beecher — a single mum, creative, and certified life coach for women at life’s crossroads.

For over 25 years, I developed stories on stage, on screen, and in corporate boardrooms. I worked as a producer, writer, performer, and creative director. But behind the polished job titles was a woman quietly wondering, “Is this it?”

After a late ADHD diagnosis (and walking alongside my daughter’s own neurodivergent journey), everything shifted. I realised I wasn’t broken, I’d just been trying to navigate life with a map that wasn’t made for me.

Now I help women (especially those navigating ADHD, autism, and the messy middle of change) rewrite their paths and find a way forward that feels true to them.

Why my coaching works for neurdivergent women

I’m neurodivergent. So is my amazing daughter.
I get it.
Your brain isn’t broken — it’s just been trying to run on someone else’s operating system.
I don’t use jargon. I don’t pathologise. I don’t sugar-coat.
I help you understand your brilliant, chaotic, creative brain and build a life that works with it.
I understand decision paralysis and I won’t overload you with options.
I don’t believe in forcing ‘consistency’. We’ll build momentum in a way that works for your brain.

How I see it

Your life isn’t a problem to be fixed — it’s a story being written

The best stories, the ones that actually mean something, they never go to plan.

They’re messy, surprising, and full of plot twists.

I don’t believe in life hacks or five-year plans.

I believe in pausing at the crossroads, getting clear on what you actually want, and working out a next step that feels true to you.

And I’m here to help you figure out what happens next.

“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass.

It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.
